Ha ha! Don’t worry HMH, not all my play is like this. You would love to play with me: I’d probably put flowers in your hair or cover you in glitter if we were playing with cameras and ‘dress ups’.
I also like jigsaw puzzles, charades, various word games and playing (even weeding) in the garden, etc etc etc.
Thank you, so much Robert. You know, I thought you would like these – I know your imagination runs to the darkness as well as the light. You know how thrilled I am with things like your sutured pears, for example.
I assure you, my friend Horlicks wouldn’t work!
I’ve had bouts of insomnia for many, many years. Sometimes it’s enjoyable and sometimes it’s most unpleasant. This bout: I just started getting bored, I can’t remember what I was doing beforehand, maybe reading or watching dvds. It wasn’t unpleasant and it turned out very productive from my perspective.
Sometimes I used to have to go to work on no sleep whatsoever – and I do mean no sleep, not a couple of hours, not broken sleep, but no sleep. That was horrible, horrible: the trying, trying to sleep, the worrying that I might not wake up in time for work if I did get to sleep so late and the ensuing day.
face painting. not just for small children!
Yes. I think it’s important that we all, whatever age, find time in which to play. I am thankful that I have never lost that ability.
whoah! Syncy, what are you up to?
I’m playing!
ok I just read your answer to my comment in the previous post so now I know
But I consider this one a self portrait, whereas ‘Ravenous’ is a fantasy figure and I happen to be the ‘model’.
You are really starting to scare me
I am? I don’t find this one scary in the least – yesterday’s one: yes, scary, but fun nevertheless.
No, this one scares me too. And if that is “playing” I’d hate to be around when you are deadly serious.

This is a fascinating series, S.E…
both in concept and in result…
love them!

Allowing myself to be lazy I am just echoing the previous commenter.
Thank you, Sean. I must admit I find them fascinating myself. Infact I think they are some of my best work.
Yikes Syncy, a cup of horlicks and you’ll be fine!

Took the sun block a little far.
HAHAHAHA! I don’t use ‘lol’ but I swear I am in fact laughing out loud! Thank you, elmediat!
