Eerie! Looks like GreenMan’s ghost sitting in it! ;D

  2. Wow. What a tour de force. My eyes were drawn around the image several times, there is so much movement and so much reveals itself as you look deeper into the reflections. Nice.

  3. A [lace t watch the world pass by?

Is the phantom arrow in the window somehow related to the arrow in the previous post ? Is there a hidden theme or subliminal message being developed here ?

For some reason as soon as I saw the pipe under the chair, I thought that this was some kind of minimalist toilet that works on a quantum/zen level. Beam it down Mr. Scottie . :)

  7. marvelous observation of the extraordinary ordinary – compliments!

  8. So cool Ashley! And I see that we indeed share a love of chairs…
    Love the reflection also!

    • Thanks so much, Jean-Pierre. I have no idea why I’m so fascinated by chairs. Do you know what draws you to them?

      • Hmm, good question…which I usually try not to answer even to myself, maybe I’m scared that I might deconstruct the whole mystique, that I might “lose” that what it ‘is’ to yourself. So yes, I guess I know what draws me to them on a subconscious level, but it’s not something I think about. I’m so full of shit, aren’t I? LOL.

Feels like the waiting place in Dr Seuss’s Oh, the places you’ll go.

    • Oh, I’m surprised, it doesn’t look like that to me at all.
But I do have a post/image called “The Waiting Place”. I included the relevant fragment from “Oh, the Places You’ll Go” too.
Click here to view it if you so desire :)

  10. At first glance that reflection almost seems like a faded print to me…
it took me a second to realize there is
living / moving / constantly changing art hanging behind that chair, S.E…
    very cool! :)
