March 17, 2013 - 2:09 pm Syncopated Eyeball Yes, it’s rust from the motor bike that is half hidden by the fabric. The bike is rusty and falling apart; I don’t know why the person who owns it keeps it, its roaring days are well and truly over and I doubt it could be used for spare parts. Reply
