The roots of the and or vine s are it’s life line hence it’s tenacity. This is a bold statement of your truth. To face life in all its adversaries is a treat that keeps me going. To see this in others gives me faith and hope there is like mind people. Keep coming Ashley
Thanks so much for this comment, Sheldon. Sometimes I feel the need to ‘hold on tight’; to persevere but I admit I don’t always find it easy. That’s probably why I liked what I saw on this wall – it’s inspiring.
This wall is covered by the vine and the paint that has been pulled off when someone tried to pull the vine off. It’s quite big and a lovely thing to come across in a side lane.
I often find things to photograph in side lanes, and now I have a whole lot of new ones to explore.
With great determination he had reached Tena-city ; it would take a bit more effort to reach Elevena-city, but his clockwork planning would keep him on schedule. 😉

Excellent image, Ash… it tells a story.
I like that quote, it suggests having a rest before getting up again. 🙂
Yes, the silent endurance of plants often stops me in my tracks.
I love how they do their best to survive under whatever circumstances they find themselves.
