The Waiting Place

The Waiting Place…

…for people just waiting. Waiting for a train to go, or a bus to come, or a plane to go, or the phone to ring, or the snow to snow, or waiting around for a Yes or No, or waiting for their hair to grow. Everyone is just waiting. Waiting for the fish to bite, or waiting for wind to fly a kite, or waiting around for Friday night, or waiting, perhaps, for their Uncle Jake, or a pot to boil, or a Better Break, or a string of pearls, or a pair of pants, or a wig with curls, or Another Chance. Everyone is just waiting.

the only books that show up in waiting rooms around here are the Bible and Bible stories for children. I guess some people feel the need for religion right before they see the dentist. . .

All things come to those waiting places – many of them are invisible things.
I got mask number five and a recalibrated auto set machine today – will see in the next few days if if all their promises are so much compresses moisturized air. 🙂

Good luck with the new mask, Joseph. Surely soon they will get it right for you.
I hope you don’t have to wait for it to work as long as I had to wait in the place depicted here. But now I’m out of there! Yippee!
