There was still some natural light and the street lights were on too. I set the light sensitivity to high and increased the exposure. And I can’t remember what else. Then when processing I adjusted the brightness and contrast just a little and probably desaturated a tad. I can’t remember exactly because I fiddle about trying different things alot.
Like this one very much Synchy x
Thank you, Lulu, I thought I’d have a go at catching that crescent moon.
Very good nightscape SE
Thanks, Jams, I wanted to try some night time shots as well as catching the moon. I’ve got some more to work on.
Be careful, Chicken Little
Don’t worry, it won’t hurt.
Very nifty — the crescent moon is surprisingly difficult to photograph; I know because I have tried many times!

I love the silhouette…
and the contrasting warm glow from the windows and the moon make this seem so ‘alive’, S.E… wonderfully done!
🙂
Thanks, SIG!
The moon, the moon! Did I ever tell you I want to go to the moon?
I thought you had been to the moon, Binky! I saw you in a rocket ship.
Didn’t I?
