      Never, I hope.
      I was really hoping for posters and street art to pop up on these walls. It only happened once, in an approved way in conjunction with a Guinness Book of Records busking challenge. Then it all got covered over again.

      When I first saw one of these, months ago, on hoarding around where I had lived for over a decade, I thought ‘No. The property developer should be prosecuted.’ They failed to fulfill the conditions of their building approval.

      The property developer even has their name and logo in lights on the top of a very large crane situated behind that wall.
      I wonder what sort of associations people would have with their “Roman” name and logo?
      My associations include: plunderers who cared not a jot for people nor the environment.
