Oh! That set off a string of memories and associations. Angela Lansbury always reminds me of my late darling grandmother, Dorothy, Doff, Nanny.
I don’t remember her in that film though. I saw it at my boss’s house on a preview video when I was working at a repertory cinema in the days before video had really taken off. I was disappointed in it because I’m a big fan of Angela Carter and It didn’t live up to my high expectations.
So, what did Angela Lansbury advise?
