love the mixture of real & abstract
Thanks, John. I had them in a different order to start with but then I thought it better to alternate the ‘real and abstract’.
Great sequence – very musical – I can imagine a soundtrack to these. And they remind me of JG Ballard.
Oooh! Thank you, Richard! J G Ballard is one of my favourite authors and I even have a signed 1st edition.
And musical, you say? Syncopated even? 😀
Love the movement and tones in these, Ashley.
Intriguing title, also. Terrific series.
Thanks, Karen. Although sometimes my images are bright, this is my preferred palette. Well, other neutrals too.
These were all previously posted individually. Occasionally I like to look back over my work and see how different things look together, see if there are in fact patterns to what I do. 🙂
I like these too – the tones in all and especially the second one
Thank you, ehpem. I like these but I didn’t think many other people would. 🙂
That happens to me too sometimes. It is one of the nice things about blogging is to find that that something we are a bit unsure about has merit in other people’s eyes.
I was sure that I liked them individually and together but I had thought the neutrals would be found dull by others. Nice to see that some other eyes like them too. 🙂
As D&S has already pointed out, these have such great movement, S.E!
Was your shiny bag along for the ride? I think I spotted it in image No. 2…
That’s exactly right, my perceptive friend. That was the very first shiny big black bag image. 🙂
