In one sense I’d agree that nothing really matters.
In another I’d vehemently disagree.
I don’t think anyone will be able to guess what this i, but I must say I really like the look of lichen and tiny microscopic creatures and cells of whatever.
Damn! It all makes perfect sense now, and is so obvious once it is pointed out. I am annoyed with myself for not seeing the gorilla and the pancakes and the snowstorm. Sometimes we do miss the blatantly obvious.
It is an Alien with a sinus condition, which is very sad because they don’t have any nostrils. Then again it could be Tuscany, I’ve never been there. 😀
Beautiful composition. We must be on a similar wavelength Ashley. I have been playing about with some abstract figure images recently. Just posted some.
this could, quite possibly, be my favourite title of yours – ever. love it, ashley. in all its amoebic goodness.
🙂 I was struggling to find a title. Then I remembered what you and I had been saying about liking images that we can’t figure out. Voilå!
Nothing really matters.
But it looks like a colour-adjusted image of lichen on a wall, or of viruses seen with an electron microscope.
But it is what it is.
Worth a look.

It looks like a microscope slide of a piece of limestone in unpolarised light.
It’s really a gorilla making pancakes in a snowstorm.
Hello Kevin! You must have some strange telepathic access to my mind to know that this is a gorilla making pancakes in a snow storm.

Don’t be annoyed with yourself, Andrew, Kevin clearly has telepathic powers. He’s also very funny, you might like to visit him.
Garnished with a purple orchid!
Another telepath! Hi Leslee. x

You’ve got me cackling again. So does all that snot come out of their ears or something? EEeuw!
I’m sure we’re on a similar wave-length, Joseph. 🙂
Dyed amoebas on a microscope slide or the surface of some planet or frozen foam from a polluted shore.
Good interpretations. 🙂 I’m still not telling what it is. 🙂
