NOW (2012)Ashley Lily Scarlett
Thank you! It’s an old one that I previously rejected – the roses aren’t in focus. Now I don’t really care about that.
It’s interesting, I find, how one’s perception of one’s own work can change so dramatically.
Thanks, Jess. So good to see you here and also to see your latest posts.
I’ve missed your lovely spirited and gentle images. x
Thank You Ashly~ i am glad to be back! What a nice thing to say, thanks xxx
Ashly Lily Scarlett! 🙂
Yep! That’s me. 🙂
The two shades of yellow and yet such a cool temperature. I like it.
I like the colour of the wall with the yellow. (The wall in reality is actually off-white 🙂 )
Make that three wonderfuls.
To me it looks like then, now 🙂
It’s lovely though
Actually it was then, now.
Or it is then, now.
I made the image some time ago. 🙂
I have tried and failed to take pictures of now. As soon as I look at them I find they are pictures of then. Now is a slippery beast. We live in it but we can never catch it and hold it still. My head is hurting now, just thinking about it (or it was hurting then… still is n…. Nope, it slipped away again).
Eckhart Tolle would (does) say there is only “now”: the only place one can ever be.
you have such a great sense of colors and a such marvelous sense of humor – what a treat to see both combined
Thanks! I really like that comment, Katrien. 🙂
