I’m not religious or something… (I’m referring to the owner of the quotation) but I like this quote and it says a lot… “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” (Neale Donald Walsch)

I don’t have a religion, but I do have a spirituality. I understand what that quote is getting at but I don’t really agree. I would say that GROWTH begins at the end of your comfort zone.
Now that I’ve posted this image, I see that I have named one the same before.
It’s telling that the first one was at my best friend’s house and this one was at my family’s house.
There will never be one called “Comfort Zone” taken at the the boarding house in which I currently live. I’m wondering when The Universe will decide I’ve grown as much as I can here and will let me move on. 🙂

Ha! It’s pretty quiet in my comfort zone too. I’ve always been curious and never afraid to try. Anything, if I actually had a reason to do it or wanted to do it. We stop “stretching” when we’re dead, I think. I like the image here.

Ha-ha! Actually, I did understand the post. You know why folks don’t question? They’re afraid of the answer. A great spirit? The cosmos? Hell, I have no idea. But, if somebody figures it all out tomorrow, I’m sure my response would be something like, “Well, whadda ya know, that’s interesting!” I would like to come back here when it’s all much clearer than it is now. I kind of intuit that the “spirit” we talk about is all of us. We pass it along in our DNA, kind of, like the other animals. We are as much a part of the universe as a pebble or an elephant. And, I like that idea. I never concern myself with those kinds of questions. I just stumble along enjoying the hell out of this marvelous place! 🙂

This seems very serene, and meditative… and for what it’s worth, i think we need some moments to rest when we’re not actively growing. i call those “naps” 🙂
