I know how that feels – the end of summer approaches and there are predictions of a hard winter on the far off horizon. BBq ribs in the smoker today. had them with spicy banana rum BBq sauce. 😀
We have had some record breaking mild winters the last couple of years. Most of the ice fishing season last year was not very good – town’s annual fishing derby was cancelled. Some believe we will be back to a hard winter this year. With climate change making weather into a yo-yo, who knows. 😀
The world’s weather is all messed up, eh? I walked past some Jasmine in bloom recently. It does come early in spring but it’s not (supposed to be) spring yet.

You always have a hard winter. I’m still amazed by how cold it gets in Canada.
