that is really great, somehow. i don’t know why exactly but probably because it is a great composition, the palette is lovely subdued but the reds are really popping out. and i guess the semantics of the content of the picture is sufficiently confusing to be very interesting. great shot, Ashley.
These trolleys are scattered all through the suburb in which I live. I see them all the time but they’re not often in a good position for photographing. They remind me of you now. 🙂
Thank you. I don’t know why but I have such affection for these little carts. And in all their incarnations (the stores have different styles, I just get so excited). I especially loved this photo not only for the subject but the composition of it, very abstract, and yet the cart has such a sense of itself, if that makes sense.
This fits surrealism perfectly. 🙂
I had no idea Samsung Washing Machines were so small – explains the exploding issues. No wonder you are not allowed to take them on airplanes. 😀
Have a special political/social poem on Implied Spaces , “Trump Card – Le Diable”.
… and why not? Hee Hee.
😀

Thanks so much, Peter. I really like this one so it’s good to hear what you said/read what you typed. 🙂
…then i’m really glad to have written it 🙂
By the way, I’m all excited about your upcoming exhibition! Is it your first?
Yes, it’s my first and I’m quite excited, too 🙂
I’m really looking forward to it. I will report of course…
I love this, because it’s very clean and crisp to look at, and I love the hardworking little cart…

I feel like that about chairs. 🙂

Fantastic 🙂
Thanks, Ogden. 🙂
Peter’s comment sums it up for me too.
Oh, thanks so much, John! 😀
Me too.
Yay! Thanks, my friend!
