No, I’m not eating vegans! I feed Bella human grade food – organic mince and chicken wings. It’s not that expensive because she’s not very big. I know some people try to make their pets vegan but I have no intention of trying that with Bella – cats being obligate carnivores. It troubles me buying and touching (icky icky!) her food but I see no other viable option. 😦
Interestingly enough she will only eat organic chicken wings – not the other ones. I assume her sensitive nose can smell some of the nasties in the non-organic ones – steroids and antibiotics for example.
